We are aiming to be the very best in Data Driven Services in the Nordics. In order to do so, we are looking for top-notch Senior AI Developer to strengthen our Data & Analytics crew.
What is the role about?
Your main task is to deliver demanding data-driven solutions to our clients and to act as one of our senior experts for the work related to AI/ML.
Your role will involve driving the development direction, providing guidance, and delivering effective data engineering and AI / ML solutions within these environments. Performing in public and showcasing our data services would be part of your role as senior expert. The highlight of this job is the diverse and interesting range of clients we serve, representing various industries and organizations – and widely influencing role internally.
As we are a compact but dynamic team, your role is evidently a responsible one. You would take part to pre-sales, offering development and our internal competence and process development too. As a team, we collaborate and constantly improve our operations (such as DataOps thinking) by networking across different fields with colleagues to innovate and discover the best practices and technologies that benefit our clients.

In addition to the Maker mindset, we expect you to have a strong understanding of Modern Data Stack trends and processes, the courage to look ahead and challenge the past, as well as the ability to design solutions that meet our clients' data and business needs.
Furthermore, for this type of senior role we would expect that you:
- Have several years of diverse experience in AI & Data Science roles.
- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with major AI and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with big data platforms like Databricks.
- Knowledge of modern cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and related data science tools/services.
- Experience and understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning and explainable AI
- Experience at least couple of the following skills;
- Natural Language Processing: Text analytics, sentiment analysis, language models.
- Computer Vision: Image processing, object detection.
- Time Series Analysis and Forecasting.
- Optimization algorithms and operations research.
- Data and AI strategy/advisory consulting.
- Data mining and statistics.
- Data pre-processing, cleansing, pipelines, architecture, data warehousing and data lakes.
- DataOps, MLOps.
- You enjoy solving complex data challenges and collaborating with clients and the team
- Ability to understand business problems, objectives, and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Finnish and/or English
- Understanding of ethical considerations in AI, such as fairness, bias, transparency, and accountability.
