When it comes to expertise in Optimizely, its solutions and possibilities, our humble objective is to be and remain among the very best out there. We already have great talent in the house recognized by the Optimizely community, and as our ambition level is high, we'd like to welcome more - hence we are now looking for Senior Back-end Developers (.NET, Optimizely) to join and strengthen our developer community in Knowit Experience.

Your and the team's work in our Experience Unit focuses on designing, developing and maintaining impressive and appealing digital customer experiences and digital solutions. We are proud of our role within creating memorable digital experiences, and our developers' hand prints are shown in the web services and sites we have done for clients such as WWF, Business Finland, Amos Rex, Visit Finland, HSY, The Finnish Association for Nature Conservation, Design Forum Finland and Mandatum Life.

What kind of developer and technical competence we are looking for?

Primarily we are looking for experienced .NET developers, who share our interest and expertise around first-class digital services and technical implementation of digital customer experiences. In our team you get your hands on versatile and remarkable B2B and B2C client projects with extremely talented professionals who are also simply great to work with. We wish you have that built-in willingness to hone your skills and expertise as that is one major factor our people have in common.

Concerning the responsibilities we hope you have strong understanding and craftsmanship developing high-quality technical implementations which are at same time visually appealing and accessible. In technical picture, your team works with Optimizely platforms and related integrations with .NET based technologies - and even though our roles are versatile, you don't necessarily need to be master in every area. However, in case your professional tool-box includes skills in for instance following areas, you might be the kind of new co-worker we are looking for.

• .NET Core
• ASP.NET MVC
• Optimizely
• Modern version control tooling (Git)
• You understand DevOps practices and tools
• The technical specification work of the project as well as technical leading are your cups of tea
• Our team works with agile methods, so practical understanding about them in the context of software development is necessary to jump in to the team
• Fluent communication skills in English, Finnish is a plus

If you also prefer to have front-end related responsibilities, our teams work quite often with JavaScript based technologies such as React.js and Vue.js, so you definitely have opportunity to take even stronger role in bringing our wireframes and prototypes to life. Mastering those frameworks makes us smile, but they aren't required.

Career wise this could be your opportunity in case you have already holistic hands-on experience and understanding of developing and possibly leading high-quality web service projects.
